Kettering Health Main Campus

• Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
• The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

A physician recruiter seeks, screens, and hires physicians to practice medicine for hospitals and healthcare practices. As a physician recruiter, your responsibilities include generating job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the physician and potential employer. You also actively seek physicians by searching resume and job boards, or medical publications—whatever is necessary to find the right doctor for the job. Some physician recruiters work as contractors while others work directly for hospitals or healthcare systems in the Human Resources department.

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, public relations, or communications.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years relevant physician recruitment, physician relations or healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
