The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for the operation of the clinical activities of the Pain Management Center. Under the supervision of the Manager, VP of Nursing and Medical Director, coordinates the clinical services to provide consistent quality care for all patients in these outpatient settings.
He/she collaborates closely with physician, pertinent health care professionals and Pain Management staff. This position practices strong organizational, leadership, planning, implementation, pain care patient evaluations, assessments and nursing skills. He/she works within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act and follows all KHN nursing philosophies and standards of behavior in the performance of job functions and responsibilities.
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Prior supervisory or health care management; Minimum five (5) years’ clinical experience
Ambulatory or Surgical experience highly desired
