Provides clerical support for leadership as appropriate. Schedules appointments and arranges conferences/meetings as directed. Attends division meetings; takes minutes at these meetings and assists with tracking/coordinating matters which arise from those minutes, as needed. Performs clerical/secretarial duties, which include, but not limited to, typing, word processing, transcribing, copying, distributing, maintaining files of correspondence/meetings, and other information (i.e., policy, procedure, and protocol manuals).
Required Skills
If employee's practice has a KPN issued AED, the employee is required to obtain and maintain current BLS certification
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point. Demonstrates excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills a plus. Knowledge and kill in methods of filing and retrieval of information. Knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation with spelling skills. Ability to document mintues of preferred meetings effecitively and appropriately. Ability to plan, initiate responsibilites and follow through with minimum direct supervision.
Minimum Education
High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
Minimum Work Experience
3-5 years previous clerical experience required.
