Responsibilities:

Post journal entries and complete numerous account reconciliations on a timely and accurate basis

Perform financial analysis and complete ad-hoc projects as needed

Answer financial inquiries and perform problem resolution

Streamline processes through automation and quality improvements

Maintain documentation for all job duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Previous experience in healthcare, preferred

Advanced use of Excel including the use of pivot tables, look ups, and other data analysis functions

Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data

Time management skills with the ability to manage several projects at once

Critical and independent thinking to solve complex problems

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral

Ability to work independently and efficiently, taking initiative to resolve issues without being prompted
