The psychoeducation group leader is responsible to coordinate and/or facilitate all psychoeducational patient groups at KBMC. The leader will ensure that documentation is completed for each group facilited by self of Mental Health Technicians/clinicians in a timely manner. The group leader must possess the ability to exercise good clinical judgement in assessing patients mental status and ongoing inpatient programming needs. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills(written and verbal) and the ability to plan, communicate, and execute work efficiently.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in education or mental health field

2 year of psychiatric hospital inpatient group experience
