Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and collaborate with ancillary departments and external partners including medical personal
o for sports teams as well as the player or individual entrusted to our care
o for employers in a specific geographic area, working with the benefits departments
· Be the lead ambassador and point of contact for the logistics and operations for each patient in this program.
· Support the design, updates and revision of communication and educational materials.
· Provide health and wellness education and information and serve as resource to others.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness and health care specific to the unique needs of the patient types we serve i.e. Sports health, orthopedics, manufacturing.
· Provide monthly reports to senior leadership on volumes, finances, and outcomes.
· Develop process to ensure customer service feedback is captured, reviewed and improvement strategies developed.
· Oversee all operational and growth responsibilities related to program needs including staffing, resource materials, marketing and logistics support structures to meet the needs of the populations served
· Ability to develop creative solutions to effectively solve problems while maintaining consistency with policies, standards, procedures, laws and regulations.
· Ensure working knowledge of the needs of sports teams; game schedules and potential processes to support the timing of needs.
· Ensure working knowledge of the needs of employers in a specific geographic area.
· Work with rehab, imaging and surgical teams to ensure program equipment, supplies and schedules meet the unique sport health and injury needs.
· Work with physician liaisons to gain and enhance physician landscape knowledge for a particular geographic area.
