Soin Medical Center

  • Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
  • Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek. 
  • Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery. 
  • Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.
  • In 2020, Soin received an “A” from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.
  • Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Requirements 

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in secretarial sciences or office management preferred or two years of college with emphasis in secretarial skills preferred.


Required Skills
Five + years previous experience in administrative support.


Required Skills
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to document meeting minutes effectively. Ability to plan and initiate job responsibilities with minimal supervision.


Essential Functions 

Key Job Responsibilities

Answer and address the needs of customers calling the Brain and Spine physician referral line.  

Assist Brain and Spine team members with various administrative tasks.

Holds self and others accountable by ensuring appropriate procedures and guidelines are followed and by paying attention to detail.

Responsive to feedback for improvement and demonstrates continued progress by improving competencies and skill development.
Demonstrates appropriate judgment and thinking skills for situations.Relieves Director of routine duties, assisting with day-to day operating details.
Schedules calendar independently and accurately.
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
Attends meetings taking minutes and coordinating follow-up activities.
Coordinates & communicates information to establish day-to-day priorities for Director.
Develops and maintains documents, spreadsheets, reports, graphs as requested.
Completes special assignments & assists with projects as needed.
