Kettering Health Main Campus

• Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.

Coordinates and supervises the technical operation for Kettering Breast Evaluation Centers. Assumes responsibility for the MQSA/ACR Accreditation. This position will provide breast imaging services by coordinating the services of the Breast Imaging Centers; will oversee the staff in the operation of equipment. Accomplishes HR objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees. This position will communicate to staff- job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job contributions. Assist Manager on employee evaluations. Adheres to policies and procedures. Supports patient care by assisting manager in resolving issues with physicians, radiologist, technologist and ancillary staff. Works with all Breast Imaging staff to assure that department goals including TAT is met. Will assist in improving and maintaining quality assurance program for Breast Imaging.

Requirements:

• Registered in Radiography/Radiation Therapy/Sonography/ARRT/ARDMS
• BLS required
