Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Kettering College is a faith-based, regionally accredited institution, with each of the professional programs in the college accredited by relevant professional bodies. In 2022 the college celebrated 55 years of graduate and undergraduate education in the health sciences, partnered with an outstanding Seventh-day Adventist health system – Kettering Health. Admission to the college and its programs is competitive, and enrollment is approximately 815 students.

The Student Success Coach helps students develop skills, behaviors and habits that contribute to success in college. These includes academic and career goal setting, learning strategies, time management and organization, self-regulation, and self-efficacy.
This Student Success Coach will work alongside our pre-program students, guiding them towards success in gaining admission to their desired academic programs. The coach will track students’ academic engagement, be a conduit for resources across campus, and be an advocate for their academic future. Additionally, this coach lead in our continuous development and implementation of our strategies of success course.
