Responsible for fitting customers with breast prostheses, post mastectomy products, wigs and hair alternative products which include patient assessment, formulation, follow-up and implementation of a treatment plan using external breast prostheses and other post-mastectomy products. Must be compassionate, caring and sensitive to customers and their current life situation

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for fitting customers with breast prostheses, post mastectomy products, wigs and hair alternative products which include patient assessment, formulation, follow-up and implementation of a treatment plan using external breast prostheses and other post-mastectomy products. Must be compassionate, caring and sensitive to customers and their current life situation

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education 

• High School Diploma or GED Required 

Required Licenses 

• Other 
• Certified in Mastectomy and Compression Garment Fitting by the American Board in Orthotics & Prosthetics OR Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) 
• Cosmetology License a plus 

Minimum Work Experience 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred 

Required Skills: 

• Familiarity with medical insurance and eligibility coverage 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other computer functions  
• Proficiency with office equipment including scanner, copier and fax machine
