Support an easy, seamless transition of practice applications and office processes to Epic.
Builds confidence of practice staff in their ability to use Epic effectively before, during, and after Epic implementation.
Serves as primary point of contact on Epic implementation and optimization.
Provides follow up to physician practices, and other members of Information Systems teams.
Primary point of contact for Electronic Medical Record IS related issues to the physician practices.
Communicates project schedules and timelines to practices (Implementation process).
Clarifies and resolves Epic workflow issues and questions with staff.
Helps to plan and coordinate standard Epic training and support for physicians and practice staff based on their roles, practice specialty, and Epic functionality.
Provides at the elbow support during and after go-live.
Receives and resolves issues through service desk tickets.
