Under the direction of the System Grounds Manager, the System Grounds Supervisor will be a point of contact for lead gardeners and the direct supervisor for all KH grounds employees.  Responsibilities include; evaluating and assessing employee productivity and team’s efficiency, coaching, team building, educating proper/safe work techniques, ensuring KH grounds standards are met and maintained, approval of employee time and attendance, minor level of approval rights on invoices,. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ensures KH grounds, walks & roadways including; mowing, planting and caring for plants, watering, pruning, pest management, equipment maintenance and grounds cleanliness is well maintained.
• Keeps manager informed of the work performed by employees and contractors and reports any issues with the properties when they are identified
• Provides education to staff to ensure tools and equipment are skillfully and safely used

High School Diploma or GED required.
