• Kettering Health Dayton, formerly Grandview Medical Center, has been providing care to Dayton and surrounding communities for over 90 years.
• Over 20 specialties, including orthopedics, heart and vascular, surgery, and trauma services.
• KH Dayton expanded their Emergency Department as well as their heart & vascular services to include an additional catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab.
• Partners with Gem City Market to provide fresh fruits and vegetables every Tuesday within the hospital.

This employee will provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of advanced systems, which may include: painting, equipment repair, filter replacements, light bulb changing, PM on equipment defined in P.E. program along with setting up tables and chairs for events and snow & site work. Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Drivers License required.
• Certification required for Fire Tech, strongly preferred for other trades.

Experience

• 3 years experience in commercial/industrial maintenance and repair.  Trouble shooting ability with HVAC, Electrical, Electronic, Plumbing and/or Fire systems.
• Working knowledge of codes, blueprints and schematics.
• Advanced knowledge of basic tools requiring dexterity, hand eye coordination and visual coordination.

• Associates Degree preferred.
• PC skills preferred.
