Responsibilities & Requirements

As an FF&E Specialist, you will work as an administration assistant to the Executive Director of Network Faculity Management. 

  • Process all Financials (Invoicing and POs) and keep track of items through eBuilder for small project budgets and maintenance budgets while providing support as needed for the Facilities Managers and Directors (Soin, Greene, FHH, Middletown, Springfield ED, and Wilmington)
  • Procure FF&E as requested for small projects and for additional requests throughout the network
  • Includes other duties as assigned.

Education 

  • High School diploma, or equivalent required

Experience 

  • 2 Years of experience in the Purchasing process

Licenses, Certifications and Registrations

  • Valid driver’s license required

Skills

  • Word, Excel and ability to revise construction specifications
  •  

Essential Functions
• Coordinates and facilitates the acquisition, assignment and tracking of new and existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment on construction and relocation projects
• Tracks all financial information for construction and upgrade projects
• Provides administrative support to Director, including calendar management, written electronic communication and other items as needed
• Monitors, tracks, and approves employee’s time and make corrections as needed in the T&A system
• Requisitions all supplies and services needed for Plant Engineering and all furniture and fixtures for hospital departments
• Participates in relevant campus committees including Space and Safety committees

Associates degree preferred
