Kettering Health Main Campus

• Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.

The NICU RN Unit Based Specialist is an interim, temporary position to support excellence in NICU care. The role will be hired for and maintained until the formal hiring of a Neonatal Nursing Professional Development Specialist. Upon the onboarding of the Nursing Professional Development Specialist, the NICU RN Unit Based Specialist position will be dissolved. Working with Nursing Leadership and Human Resources the RN Unit Based Specialist will have the opportunity to apply for open positions across Kettering Health.
