Kettering Health Main Campus

  • Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
  • The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Food and Nutrition, Volunteer, Retail, PBX and Grounds Services, the Administrative Assistant III performs administrative support, software and records management and other duties as assigned by senior leaders within the areas of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

High School graduate or a GED, required.  Computer, data entry and Microsoft Office skills required.

 

Skills/Other:

  • Minimum of three years of administrative support work
  • Ability to type accurately at 60 wpm.
  • Desktop publishing, writing, and database management experience helpful
  • Microsoft Office experience needed
  • Independent work, problem-solving, evaluative thinking
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Experience in fast-paced environment
