Kettering College Faculty position has been charged with facilitating effective learning for Kettering College Students

 

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Current license for clinical areas
  • Minimum of two years of clinical or teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Professional Background
    • Occupational Therapists (OTs), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), or other qualified professionals (e.g., psychologists, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, special educators).
    • A license or certification in their respective field, if applicable.
  2. Education and Experience
    • Must have professional experience and expertise relevant to the student’s fieldwork goals.
    • No specific number of years of experience is required, but familiarity with OT practice and student learning needs is essential.
  3. Role and Responsibilities
    • Must be able to provide supervision and guidance aligned with course objectives.
    • Should be able to model professional behavior and ethics.
    • Must provide regular feedback and evaluation to the student in coordination with the academic fieldwork coordinator (AFWC).
