Kettering Health Washington Township

  • Kettering Health Washington Township, formerly Southview Medical Center, has served the South Dayton, Ohio suburbs including Centerville, Kettering, West Carrollton, Moraine, Miamisburg, Springboro, Bellbrook, and Waynesville for over 40 years.
  • KH Washington Township is a 123 licensed-bed hospital and medical campus that is conveniently located off I-675.  
  • Our full-service hospital includes maternity care, emergency services, hand trauma center, and specialty services located within the adjacent medical offices.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe all data entry into computer software application for surgery patient record
  • Correctly inputs all operating room charges for GV
  • Perusal of operating rooms charge sheets for accuracy and completeness
  • Verification of patient charges through department daily dollar reports
  • Transmit daily charges, post-op inventory file, and “close the day” program
  • Responsible for meeting with vendors, ordering products, and ensuring the physicians have the supplies they need
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passes a pre-hire employment tests
  • Surgical experience preferred
  • Experience as a ST preferred, preferred graduation from a surgical technology program
