The Staff Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting finance excellence across the organization. This position goes beyond traditional accounting – it’s about transforming the way we work. You will be part of team that is streamlining accounting processes while embracing automation, including implementation of smarter workflows that will boost accuracy and efficiency. As a member of the accounting team you will be part of the monthly financial reporting process as well as ensuring compliance of internal controls. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, monthly close process, adherence to internal controls process improvement through automation and streamlined workflows, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Also, responsible for financial inquires, problem resolution, and other duties as assigned.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other Office software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of the financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and year-end).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
