Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Works collaboratively to provide accurate, timely, and dynamic reporting and analysis for Revenue Cycle leadership (Patient Access, Utilization Management, Health Information Management, Hospital and Professional Patient Financial Services) under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Reporting and Analytics Manger.
  • Responsibilities include the upkeep of data integrity, information governance, and standard reporting metrics in collaboration with decision support teams, data architects, and information systems.
  • Leverages revenue cycle warehouse and data cubes, as well as workbench and dashboard reporting to support revenue cycle business needs with a strong emphasis on Patient Financial Services (PFS).
  • Orchestrates the organization and access of existing and new reporting, while decommissioning outdated and unused.
  •  
  • Aids in the distribution and training of report usage to empower revenue cycle leaders to create positive change and support LEAN process improvement.  

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in office environment with proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Visio, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Access, and SQL are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and possess basic business acumen along with competent interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and maintaining trusting relations, along with strong organization and coordination skills is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or finance related filed preferred.
  • Associates degree required.
