Kettering Health Main Campus

  • Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
  • The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Assists Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, by supplying technical/personal support.  Performs  QA checks.  Train on an as needed basis and is able to conduct any disciplinary actions as needed.  Assists in working areas in employee shortages.  Conducts frequent rounding on employees.  Ensures that staff is using the proper PPE for good infection control practices for all duties performed.

 

High school or GED equivalent.  

Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping. 

Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in  Housekeeping or related field.

Excellent communication skills required. 

Must have good computer skills.  

Preferred Qualifications

IEHA member working toward Certification preferred.
