The Senior Human Resources Analyst – HR & Workforce Planning is a key strategic partner within the Human Resources department, responsible for delivering data-driven financial insights that support effective decision-making related to the healthcare workforce. This role focuses on labor cost analysis, workforce planning, recruitment spend, compensation strategy, benefits modeling, and medical plan performance.
By integrating financial analysis into HR functions, the analyst helps ensure organizational alignment between people strategy, budgetary goals, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires close collaboration with HR leadership, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Operational Finance partners.
