Physician Office | Kettering | Part-Time | First Shift

Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of APP student rotations
• Coordinate and resolve issues with APP students in relation primarily to securities and accesses
• Ensure the upkeep of files (applications) and all required paperwork
• Maintain appropriate documentation to meet compliance/procedure

Data Management & Reporting: 

• Maintain student records
• Track application progress
  • APP - Communicating with Student and Faculty members via email and APP Portal with utilization of tier structure
• Request badges/securities for students
• Analyze data as requested
• Tracking post evaluation survey
• System preceptor development

Liaison & Collaboration: 

• Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and other KH departments as needed.
• Communicating with faculty about procedure and policy.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management
• 5 years of office experience
• Must be able to effectively communicate with department directors, faculty, residents, applicants, employees and the general public.
• Good assessment and planning skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous supervisory experience
