Job Responsibilities

• Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
• Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services
• other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist
• Excellent written and communication skills
