Responsibilities & Requirements

The Digital Marketing Specialist develops written content for external platforms. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, consumer-focused content that enhances engagement. Initiative, interpersonal skills, and project management skills are needed to succeed in a large, interconnected department.  And other duties as assigned. 

 

Minimum Education

BA/BS in Marketing(preferred) Journalism, English, or Communication 


Required Skills
● Excellent written communication skills required
● Ability to communicate status and progress on multiple stories simultaneously
● Ability to independently manage projects with competing priorities in a large organization
● Skilled at conveying complex ideas in simple and concise ways
● Able to establish trust, credibility, and to coordinate with other teams
● Ability to write and edit content for a variety of mediums targeting a many segmented audiences
● Strong attention to detail
● A drive to stay current on the latest digital content trends
Minimum Work Experience
3+ years of marketing/communications/writing experience required with demonstrated ability to write high-quality, compelling content.
