The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams in a timely manner while maintaining a strong understanding of MRI safety protocols, including those related to research workflows. They interact positively with multiple patient populations and serve as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require on-call availability and holiday coverage. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
- Graduate from ARRT accredited MRI educational program OR Graduate from ARMRIT accredited MRI education program
Minimum Work Experience
- One year of MRI experience preferred.
Required Licenses
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT at hire (Preferred) OR
- ARRT in one of these Radiography (R)/Nuclear Medicine (N)/Radiation Therapy (T)/ Sonography (S) required and get ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT within 24 months of hire date
- BLS Required
