Job Summary: This role provides training and education to KHMG medical office staff and Practice Managers, providing workflow support, focused on revenue cycle efficiencies and enhancement.
In collaboration with the revenue cycle team and other internal stakeholders, designs, delivers and evaluates educational and training programs in support of our ambulatory medical practices.
Develops and delivers training sessions on revenue cycle processes and systems to new and existing staff using classroom, virtual, and hands-on methods. Designs and updates training materials, job aids, and reference guides to reflect current policies, procedures, and system enhancements.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of clinical or medical office experience in ambulatory healthcare setting. Must have at least 1 year of experience in medical office billing, collections or patient access. Experience in staff education, training, or program development preferred. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Licensure: CCMA, CMA (AAMA), NCMA, RMA (through AMT) or RMA (through ARMA) plus documented completion of a Medical Assistant program through an accredited institution of higher learning.
