Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations to support patient health, safety, and satisfaction. Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Nutrition.Experience in a healthcare or institutional food service setting.ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
