Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations to support patient health, safety, and satisfaction. Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent.One to three years of experience in quantity or restaurant-style cooking.

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Nutrition. Experience in a healthcare or institutional food service setting. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
