Overview

Looking to work in a fast paced, challenging environment under strong leadership support with an engaged team? If so, Maintenance staff is the position for you!

 

Sycamore Glen Retirement Community is a licensed residential care facility and serves both Assisted Living and Independent Living residents in apartment settings. The maintenance staff worker assists with work orders that covers all the care facilities within Sycamore Glen Retirement Center.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for:

  • Under the direction of Administration and/or the Maintenance Supervisor, performs facility maintenance needs, upholding policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year maintenance experience required or equivalent in education.
  • Has sufficient knowledge of facility in order to assess a situation and perform maintenance.
  • Properly records work completed
  • Has sufficient knowledge and experience of maintenance methods, materials, and tools.
  • Able to work independently

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Looking for candidates with years of experience in grounds, maintenance, wood working, and/or plumbing to work seasonal or as needed.
