    Kettering Physician Network employs more than 400 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, throughout the Greater-Dayton and Cincinnati areas. Offering an extensive range of specialties and expertise, our physicians provide comprehensive care at more than 120 locations.

    Responsibilities & Requirements

    Performs a wide variety of patient care duties in preparation for the physician consultation. Assists physician in delivery of special patient needs and procedures, including minor surgery. Manages employee schedules, time and attendance, provides daily coaching and support, conducts corrective/disciplinary discussions and actions, and conducts performance evaluations.


    The LPN/Clin Svc Sup is responsible for:

    • Provides practice leadership, supervision, scheduling and daily management of the practice.
    • Ensures a smooth and efficient operation of the practice to include, but not limited to, hiring and training staff, working with the physicians on a daily basis, monitoring and controlling costs, assuring accurate and timely charge capture and edit/error work queue resolution, and overseeing staff productivity.
    • Assists in achieving the goals and objectives outlined in the practice Site Specific Action Plan.
    • Oversees one or two physicians with operating revenue of up to $400k.
    • Any other duties relating to the business operation of the medical practice that may be assigned by the physician(s) or practice office manager.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have Ohio LPN license and experience managing a physician office.
    • Completed accredited program that meets nationally accepted standards
    • Current CPR certification
    • Experience in medical environment
    • Willingness to accept orders and perform repetitive tasks
    • Ability to communicate and relate well with office staff, ancillary departments and public, follow direction, accept orders and perform repetitive tasks, be patient, courteous and tactful.
    • Able to work under time constraints, multi-task, and work autonomously with little direction. 
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and follow directions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience in physician practice and use of electronic medical records preferred.
