Under general supervision performs high quality echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds following ICAEL and ICAVL accredited guidelines. Individuals in this position will work closely with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists. Must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Technologist must be knowledgeable of techniques and patient positioning to produce high quality ultrasound images. Work with all segments of patient populations, including adults and geriatric patients. There is the potential for infections from contact with infected patients.
