Responsibilities:- Technologist Assistant serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team and is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered technologist.- The tech assistant will perform technologist care skills that have been delegated by the supervising technologist, as well as escorts/transports patients to/from nursing units and diagnostic areas safely with respect for confidentiality as assigned.- Correctly identifies patients, recognizes their limitations and obtains additional information and assistance as needed.

The Nuclear Medicine lead technologist is responsible for the assurance of quality in all nuclear medicine imaging procedures for Kettering Health Dayton and Kettering Health Washington Township. Reports to the Manager of Nuclear Medicine and Director. Responsible efficient operations of day to day patient schedules, supply orders and staff schedules.
