Kettering Health is seeking a relationship-driven Physician Recruiter to support physician recruitment across our growing health system. This role partners closely with physician leaders, operational leadership, graduate medical education programs, and executive stakeholders to recruit top clinical talent across a variety of specialties and practice settings. | Recruiters support a broad range of searches including primary care, hospital-based medicine, surgical specialties, subspecialty recruitment, academic leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. | Our recruiters operate with a high level of autonomy while working within a collaborative, team-first culture.
